Lemons on the Chain: Lemon Butter Trout and Lump Crab Meat

First of all, I was summoned to cook this meal for a friend who I haven't seen in about 15 years. We were supposed to ride together to get this trout filleted but lo and behold, she took it upon herself to get the trout minus the filet. 

We got lost in conversation and I completely forgot to fillet the damn fish. So we were forced to eat this like I was back at my grandmother's house; we were carefully removing the bones in order to avoid that painful moment when a bone escapes by your fingers and down your esophagus. 

We really had to be careful because we ain't even have no bread so if a bone got stuck; faith and prayer were the only tools we had to rely on this go 'round. As always, get into this not so filleted rainbow trout with lemon butter topped with lump crab meat.

It was so damn good!
